Facilities Rental Procedure

Step 1	Find the facilities you want to rent in the list of available facilities List of Available Facilities \| School Contact Information
Step 2	Read guidelines and requirements Guidelines for Facility Use & Insurance Requirements
Step 3	Calculate your total cost of rental and fees Calculation Sheet
Step 4	Submit a Facility Use Request Form Instructions for Request Form \| Facility Use Request Form The password is "GREEN" when prompted.

Please note:

On the "New Schedule" page, select a schedule from the icons.

Click "Help" in the Facility Use Request if needed.
