  • Campus-based courtroom provides real-world experiences with law enforcement and judicial partners, and hosts official “Teen Court” regularly
Culinary Arts FPW FPC PSL SLWC TCHS
  • Culinary business activities
  • Introduction to: Food preparation, food presentation, dining room operation, selling, marketing, and serving food in restaurants, catering, and institutions
  • Aligned with National Restaurant Association and Florida Restaurant Association “Prostart” curriculum
  • Leads to opportunities for Safe Staff, Serve Safe, and Certificate of Achievement credentials
  • Articulated to Johnson & Wales, Florida Culinary Institute, and IRC Culinary Institute

  • Instruction in lesson plan development, grading and recording of grades, tutoring, clerical skills, and more
