Collaborative Learning and Planning<\/h3><\/div>
<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]\n

Collaborative learning and planning is comprised of a team who come together with a common data driven focus on learning rather than teaching. This team works collaboratively to enhance student achievement through the various strategies they discover during the CLP process.<\/p>\n

In a CLP, educators are coming together on a regular basis (at least weekly) for the purpose of improving teaching and learning at their school, and the learning is driven by specific goals or targets that are based on student needs.\u00a0 All members are clear about the purpose of their time together and share accountability for learning and student success.<\/p>\n

The learning of the community is always transferred into action, and time is spent examining evidence that what they are learning and implementing is having an impact on student achievement.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1741282160191{padding-left: 20px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”2117″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

An ONGOING<\/strong> PROCESS<\/strong> in which educators work collaboratively<\/strong> in recurring cycles<\/strong> of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results<\/strong> for the students they serve.<\/p>\n
