High School Controlled Open Enrollment

Florida Statue 1002.31 Controlled open enrollment; public school parental choice allows each district school board or charter school to offer parents from any school district in the state whose child is not subject to a current expulsion or suspension to enroll his or her child in any public school that has not reached capacity. The parent will be responsible for transporting his or her child to any public school where St. Lucie Public School District has determined available capacity.
