Do You Need Assistance From ITS?

Our Agents at the Technical Service Desk are eagerly waiting to assist you with all of your Technology questions. We would like to remind you of all the options available for you to request assistance when a question or issue arises with your equipment and or software.

1. The Technical Service Desk is available, by phone, at 429-4357 – option 5 will direct you to one of our friendly and courteous Agents.Our Summer hours are 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

2. You have the ability to create your own Ask Lucie Request. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible from any computer that has Internet access.

3. Please note: in order to serve all of our customers in a timely manner it is important that an Ask Lucie Request be completed for every issue. While our Technical Service Desk Agents are always eager to assist you with all of your Technology issues; they are busy answering calls or handling existing requests from your colleagues. They cannot be distracted from their duties to handle technical issues in person. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our commitment of service to you and others.
