1. The Technical Service Desk is available, by phone, at 429-4357 – option 5 will direct you to one of our friendly and courteous Agents.Our Summer hours are 6:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
2. You have the ability to create your own Ask Lucie Request. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible from any computer that has Internet access. https://stluciepublicschools.freshservice.com/
3. Please note: in order to serve all of our customers in a timely manner it is important that an Ask Lucie Request be completed for every issue. While our Technical Service Desk Agents are always eager to assist you with all of your Technology issues; they are busy answering calls or handling existing requests from your colleagues.
